Cassie Pusey, launched Revival Leadership Company in January 2015, for the purpose of bringing leaders to life and life to leaders. She and her partner, Whitney Nelson, believe leadership development is for everyone. Whether you’re a teacher, administrator, technologist, parent or student, you are a role model impacting the lives of others–that’s leadership!

Cassie received her BS in Psychology from Texas A&M in 1994, and began her professional career as a consultant with Accenture’s talent and organization performance group. Over the next 20 years she worked with a variety of clients in the health and public service industry, as well as internal Accenture teams. Throughout her Accenture career, Cassie experienced the greatest satisfaction in championing employee engagement programs and coaching individuals to achieve their personal definitions of success. In 2011, Cassie embarked upon a self-directed leadership education to hone her abilities beyond the point where traditional corporate training programs had taken her. Thus began her transition into entrepreneurship.

Whitney Nelson is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in marketing and management. A creative and entrepreneurial spirit, she successfully established her own residential design firm in 1997 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences from Texas State University. During her 10 years in the design industry, Whitney began competing in triathlons and adventure races where she became incredibly passionate about health, wellness and the outdoors. In 2007, she accepted a position as marketing manager for Texas with the sports nutrition icon, CLIF Bar & Company, where she worked with an amazing team of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts for nearly 10 years. Whitney attributes her success at CLIF Bar to the self-directed leadership education she and Cassie now bring to the world through Revival Leadership Company.
