As educators, our plates are full. Pulled in seemingly different directions by national and state initiatives as well as our own internal compasses, how do we decide how best to act in service of those we support? By exploring a variety of decision-making models and applying them to both personal and professional lives, participants will develop in their abilities for prioritization in planning and getting things done.
