Limited Capacity full

Explore your power and how you to make the most of it in this entertaining experiential workshop!
In our lives, we move through situations where we are "up" power or "down" power to those around us hour by hour, moment by moment. Learning to fully own our power from either the "up" or "down" position is one key to living a deeply empowered life.
Based on Cedar Barstow's ethics model, this workshop is a brief introduction to the Right Use of Power, the experientially based method for exploring what it means to live with an expanded understanding of our power and how we impact those around us.
