This is my 11th year in the district. I spent my first 6 years in the classroom and the last 4.5 years as an instructional coach! I have more experience in math & science, but also love upper elementary reading and language arts. I am constantly seeking PD and up-to-date research to inform my practice. I tend to cannonball into new things, but I appreciate the variety of ways people ease into new learning and teaching.Reach out if you want to bounce some ideas around, get feedback on classroom practices, or analyze data and determine instructional decisions.
